ARRIBAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the quotation and services provided by Arribar ("we," "our," or "us"). By accepting our quotation or proceeding with a booking, the client ("you" or "the Client") agrees to be bound by the following terms, either explicitly or through conduct.
1. SERVICES AND COCKTAIL MENU

Arribar provides mobile cocktail catering services for private and corporate events.

Clients may:

Choose from our curated cocktail menu.

Request a customized cocktail menu to suit their preferences, available upon consultation.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. ingredient shortages), Arribar reserves the right to:

Adjust the menu accordingly, with prior consultation.

Modify the service or presentation where necessary.

2. RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE

Arribar operates under the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines enforced in Australia.

We will not serve alcohol to:
-
Any person under the age of 18.
-
Any person who appears intoxicated.
-

Our team reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if a guest is non-compliant, aggressive, or visibly intoxicated.
3. PRICING AND SURCHARGES

Prices are subject to change based on ingredient availability and market fluctuations.

The minimum booking amount is AUD $500 (inclusive of GST).

Arribar reserves the right to apply additional surcharges:

After Midnight Surcharge: 25% increase for staff hours beyond midnight.

Public Holiday Surcharge: 25% increase on service and delivery costs.

Staff Public Holiday Surcharge: 150% increase on staff costs for hours worked during a public holiday.

4. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES

The Client is responsible for:

Any damage or loss to hired equipment.
-
Damages to Arribar's property, glassware, or installations during the event.

The Client shall indemnify Arribar and its team against any claims relating to:

Personal injury or death during the event.
-
Loss or damage to personal property.
-
5. PAYMENT TERMS
-
Deposits for private events:
-
Bookings below $2,000: 50% deposit.

Bookings between $2,000–$10,000: AUD $1,000 deposit.

Bookings above $10,000: 10% deposit.
-

Remaining balances must be paid 3 working days prior to the event.

Accepted payment methods are listed on your invoice. Credit card payments may incur a surcharge.
6. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Bookings are confirmed only after:
-
Deposit payment is received.
-
Booking form is submitted.
-

Final guest numbers and dietary/allergy information must be confirmed at least 3 working days before the event.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to arribar.au@gmail.com.

More than 30 days before the event: full deposit refund.
-
Less than 30 days: deposit is non-refundable.
-
Less than 3 days: 50% of the total invoice will be charged.
-
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total invoice will be charged.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Arribar is not liable for cancellations due to:

Equipment failure
-
Supplier issues
-
Natural disasters
-
Illness or accidents
-
Other events beyond our control

In such cases, deposits will be refunded, and no further liability is assumed by Arribar.
9. WEBSITE AND ONLINE COMMUNICATION

The Arribar website serves solely as an information and booking platform.
-
No payments are processed through the website.
-
Event quotes and final invoices are issued and paid via direct banking to the registered company account.
10. ADULT-ONLY SERVICE
-
Arribar offers alcohol services and is therefore strictly for clients and guests over the age of 18.

We reserve the right to verify the age of any individual being served.
